Having a Rotajaw mounted on a site dumper has a number of benefits:-

MOBILITY - good ground clearance and 4 wheel drive means just about any terrain isn't a problem.The dumper can also be road registered making it ideal for transporting.

ECONOMY - no extra power source is needed as the crusher unit and output conveyer are powered by the existing efficient diesel engines.

LOADING - the crusher units are kept at a low level when mounted on the site dumpers,this makes them ideal for loading with a JCB, loading shovel or mini digger.

As the demonstration videos show the unique rotating jaw is highly effective and gives out a large amount of crushing force,even hard rock i.e. granite is crushed with ease! Depending on the input and output size the 24" X 24" is capable of crushing from 10 tonnes to 40 tonnes per hour.
Output sizes are variable from 100 mm - 20 mm to fines, this is achieved by adjusting the back plate which only takes a few minutes.
A short front mounted output conveyor is available on all models,it is equipped with a double hinge system which allows the conveyor to be easily moved to the side when crushing reinforced concrete(shown in picture below).

The main rota,back plate and side plates are cast from a high quality manganese metal,a complete spares range is available from your Rotajaw supplier.

OPTION 1
CA70 ROTAJAW 24" X 24" mounted on a new 3 ton site dumper (with full manufacturers warranty)
Kubota( 46 H.P. ) diesel engine

OPTION 2

CA100 ROTAJAW 36" X 24" mounted on a new 6 ton site dumper (with full manufacturers warranty)
Perkins 4 cyl diesel engine (72 h.p)
Forward and reverse Rotajaw controls
Safety cut off switches
Hagglunds CA100 hydraulic drive system (with full manufactures warranty)




OPTION 3

The crusher unit fitted with the Hagglunds drive is available (unmounted).This unit is complete and ready to be fitted to any application just connect to your power source and the Rotajaw is ready to crush!!
