The Rotajaw wheeled dumpers are available in 2 sizes,the CA70 which is the smallest and is mounted to a 3 tonne site dumper and the CA100 which is mounted to 6 tonne site dumper.

Having a Rotajaw mounted to a wheeled site dumper has a number or benefits:-                                                                                       

UNIQUE TO ROTAJAW-the Rotajaw is the only jaw crusher that can be choke fed without the crusher running,so the hopper can be loaded then the dumper can be driven to where you require the crushed material,and simply set the crusher running.Therefore the site dumper can still be used to transport material.

MOBILITY-good ground clearance and 4 wheel drive mean just about any terrain isn't a problem.The dumpers can also be road registered making them ideal for transporting.

ECONOMY-no extra power source is needed as the crusher and conveyer are powered by the existing efficient diesel engines.

LOADING-the crusher units are kept to a low level when mounted on the wheeled site dumpers,this makes them ideal for loading with a mini digger,loading shovel or JCB.

The unique 8 sided rotating jaw is highly effective and creates an unbeleivable amount of crushing force.The rotar can also be put into a reverse mode to free any blockages.Depending on the input and output size the CA70 is capable of crushing from 10 tonnes to 40 tonnes per hour,which is all logged on the onboard weighing system. Output sizes are variable from 25mm to 100mm,this is achieved by adjusting the back plate which takes around 2 minutes. The main rotar and back plate are cast from a high quality manganese metal,a complete spares range is available from your Rotajaw supplier.
